What can I serve with this coffee cake?
Have you ever considered what you can serve with this coffee cake? One of my favorites is always coffee. To me, black coffee tastes super delicious with this recipe. I can never get enough of the combination. If you have kids eating this dessert with you, don’t be afraid to make them a nice warm cup of hot chocolate or a glass of milk!
How do I store this?
You can store this Cranberry Banana Coffee Cake in the fridge for about a week. When you place it in the refrigerator, cover it tightly with plastic wrap so it doesn’t dry out. Leaving the coffee cake on the counter won’t hurt it, but it may not keep as long as it would when stored in the fridge.
Can I freeze this coffee cake?
You can easily freeze this coffee cake; you just need to have the right materials. You can transfer the coffee cake to a freezer-safe container or wrap it in aluminum foil. If you have plastic wrap, this also works. You should bake the coffee cake before you freeze it. Make sure you allow the cake to cool completely before you freeze it.
Cranberry Banana Coffee Cake
The next time you crave a delicious dessert, I hope you’ll try this cake. Mixing cranberry and banana together may sound odd, but it’s one of the best combinations for a great flavor treat. When I went to make this dessert for the first time, those were two of the best ingredients I had on hand, so I mixed them. And I promise you, it will change the way you look at coffee cakes. If you want to try another cake, this Bunny Cake with 7-Minute Frosting is also incredible!
