- 2 cups Miracle Whip
- 3 tablespoons yellow mustard

Directions:
- Cook the macaroni in a large pot until tender.

- Gently pat the dough into a rectangle that is about 1 inch thick.
- Use a biscuit cutter and press down firmly onto the dough. Bring the biscuit cutter straight up without twisting.
- Place biscuits onto a greased sheet pan and brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 5 minutes and then reduce heat to 425°F and bake for another 8-10 minutes.
Amish Coconut Cream Pie

A true classic, this creamy coconut pie delivers nostalgic comfort with layers of custard and whipped topping.
Ingredients:
- 1 (9-inch) pre-baked pie crust
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 cups whole milk
- 4 large egg yolks (separated from whites)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cups sweetened shredded coconut
- ¼ tsp cream of tartar
- ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Directions:
- In a saucepan, whisk together sugar, cornstarch, and salt, then gradually stir in the milk.
- Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens and boils; continue stirring for 2 more minutes.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks. Gradually whisk in about 1 cup of the hot mixture to temper, then return it to the saucepan and cook an additional 2 minutes while stirring.
- Remove from heat and mix in vanilla and 1 cup of coconut. Pour this into the cooled pie crust, and press plastic wrap directly onto the surface. Chill until set (at least 2 hours).
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Gradually add confectioners’ sugar and beat until stiff, glossy peaks form. Separately, whip the heavy cream until stiff, then fold into the egg-white mixture.
- Spread the topping over the pie, sprinkle with remaining coconut, and bake for 8–10 minutes until the coconut is lightly toasted. Chill an additional hour before slicing.
