How to Use Bee Balm for Steam Inhalation:

Fresh or dried bee balm, boiling water. You can also use a few drops of bee balm (bergamot) essential oil. 

  1. Place a handful of bee balm leaves in a large bowl.
  2. Pour boiling water over the herbs.
  3. Lean over the bowl, covering your head with a towel to trap the steam.
  4. Breathe deeply for 5-10 minutes.
