This recipe is so easy. It can be made in the crockpot for an easy grab-anytime meal.
Ingredients:
4 large cans chunk chicken, drained
2 envelopes Italian salad dressing mix
1 large can mushroom pieces, drained
Directions:
Place chicken in bottom of crockpot. Combine salad dressing mix, carrots and parsley with the water and pour over the chicken. Cover. Cook on low for 2 hours. In a small mixing bowl, add mushrooms to canned soup, and pour over chicken. Cook on low another 30 minutes before serving over pasta, rice, or toast.

2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 1/2 cups water
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 large can mushroom pieces, drained
Directions:
Place chicken in bottom of crockpot. Combine salad dressing mix, carrots and parsley with the water and pour over the chicken. Cover. Cook on low for 2 hours.
